The Flexible MBA is a distinguished program designed to meet the needs of busy professionals. This 36-credit hour program provides a solid grounding in business fundamentals and a collaborative learning environment beginning with an immersive orientation weekend. Students obtain a strong foundation in the key business disciplines, develop their individual leadership potential and establish valuable relationships. Students may concentrate their learning in one of six areas: cybersecurity management, executive coaching, finance, global business management, healthcare management, or leadership and change.
Part-time distance learning program
The MBA is a distinguished program designed to meet the needs of busy professionals. This 36-credit hour program provides a solid grounding in business fundamentals and a collaborative learning environment. The program provides a number of opportunities for students to come to campus and build relationships with faculty and classmates through an immersive orientation weekend, extracurricular activities, and the option to enroll in on-campus classes. Students may concentrate their learning in one of four areas: cybersecurity management, executive coaching, finance, global business management, healthcare management, or leadership and change.
Specialty master's program
The Master of Science in Organization Development is a 36-credit-hour evening program for professionals who want to design and lead organizational change. The program has a unique emphasis on executive coaching. In a collaborative learning environment, students develop their capacity for leadership, increase self-awareness and learn to facilitate positive transformation among individuals, teams, and organizations.
