上海耀中国际学校（上海耀中）提供幼儿以至小学及中学课程，课程以英格兰国家课程为依据，保证学生的每个学习阶段都环环相扣，直至毕业为止。
上海耀中其中一个主要目标是培养学生终生学习的兴趣，希望他们完成正规教育后仍能孜孜不倦地探求知识。每个学习阶段都集中栽培学生的技巧、能力、独立性和合作性；除让他们吸收知识，也培养他们的批判性思维能力，发展他们的环球视野，学习尊重及接纳差异。
